House rulesWe are not able to host any guests that need to quarantine or isolate. At check in, the name on the booking must match the ID of the guest. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied with a lead booker with the age 21 or above. We do not allow pets in the building. Keep noise levels low after 10pm. We do not allow smoking in the building and we operate a strict no parties policy. We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment. You must be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team. Guests are not allowed to use any of the communal spaces. We reserve all the rights to cancel the booking/s if we believe any of the above rules are not being followed.
